Job summary

Anduril Industries in Quonset, RI is seeking an Operations and Logistics Associate to ensure hardware delivery to customers and to support rapid deployments for mission-critical operations.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing shipments, and navigating defense-sector requirements. You will optimize costs, develop playbooks, and contribute to sustainment efforts while maintaining security clearances and readiness for travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in global logistics or supply chain management, with defense sector exposure preferred.
• Knowledge of ITAR, EAR, DFARS and other export/import controls.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems and reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and obtain/maintain U.S. Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute logistics for all shipments to/from URS locations.
• Generate export/import documentation and ensure compliance with international trade rules.
• Oversee freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers.
• Track costs and drive cost optimization while maintaining compliance.
• Standardize processes and develop KPIs for on-time delivery and cost performance.
