Qualifications

• Experience managing marine service and dry-dock projects.
• Strong background in marine engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of GRP/FRP.
• Familiar with maritime regulations and port operations.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and blueprint reading.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% globally (150+ days/year).
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead marine service, dry-dock, shipboard, and land-based projects.
• Coordinate project managers, technical leads, contractors, and vendors.
• Develop project scopes, estimates, budgets, material lists, schedules, and logistics plans.
• Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and performance.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate purchasing and ensure materials are available when required.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, industry standards, and safety requirements.
• Manage project documentation and conduct post-project reviews.
• Maintain knowledge of cruise line project and shipping requirements.
