You will manage global teams, budgets, and roadmaps, partnering with business, planning, and executive leadership to deliver innovative marine products and sustain long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• Master's degree in Engineering, MBA, or PhD preferred.
• 15–20 years of progressive engineering leadership with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience leading complex product development from concept to commercialization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Marine Innovation Engineering Division across regions.
• Define and execute technology and product development strategies.
• Oversee cross-functional teams in mechanical, electrical, software, and UX.
• Direct planning and execution of complex product development programs.
• Manage resources, budgets, processes, and external partnerships.
