Job summary

Blue Water Shipping in Miami, FL is seeking a logistics professional to handle Air, Ocean, and Domestic operations. You will maintain a growing customer portfolio, participate in procurement as needed, and ensure clear communication with clients and vendors.

Collaboration with other departments is essential to ensure smooth, efficient shipments. The role requires knowledge of export air/ocean and drayage, familiarity with steamship lines, and a willingness to learn Magaya WMS.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Export for Air, Ocean, Drayage, Domestic.
• Familiar with different steamship lines.
• Knowledge of the WMS System Magaya (a plus, willing to train).
• Works well in group / team setting.
• Can work under pressure and understand how to work in order of priority.

Responsibilities

• Handle operations Air, Ocean, Domestic as assigned by department manager.
• Maintain the customer portfolio commercially and participate in procurement on occasion.
• Maintain a strong line of communication with clients and vendors.
• Work closely with other departments for smooth operations.
