Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, continuous improvement, industrial engineering, or quality.
• Experience leading improvement projects from problem definition through validated results.
• Experience leading, coaching, or influencing cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy global manufacturing process improvement systems and playbooks.
• Own enterprise improvement for FPY and DPU and drive targets to site teams.
• Lead zero-defect, prevention-first approaches across manufacturing and launches.
• Partner with global Engineering, Operations, and Quality to reduce process variation.
• Provide hands-on coaching on structured problem solving (8D, DMAIC, Six Sigma).
• Apply data analysis to identify root causes and improve performance.
