Job summary

MACHINE INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking a Manufacturing IT Project Manager to plan, oversee, and document Enterprise Asset Management and calibration software projects across 11 sites. Requires Life Science GMP, validation, and regulatory compliance experience with strong coordination across disparate teams.

The role drives execution, manages risks, and ensures on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining regulatory alignment with company standards and project governance.

Qualifications

Experience with Life Science GMP, validation and regulatory compliance.
Ability to manage multi-site projects and global PM initiatives.
Strong SDLC/Validation knowledge and record of successful implementations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead OMX 11-site PMs to deliver GMP maintenance and calibration projects.
Coordinate data migration into GMP maintenance systems.
Manage validated environments and patch cycles.
Develop risk mitigation plans and escalate issues as needed.
Ensure regulatory standards and Validation Master Plans compliance for OneMaximo.
Communicate progress with stakeholders and upper management.
