Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical discipline.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across manufacturing, operations, quality, supply chain, and project teams.
- Lead or support engineering projects from concept through implementation and sustainment.
- Drive continuous improvement focusing on safety, quality, reliability, productivity, and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement technical solutions supporting business goals.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert in one or more engineering disciplines.
