You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, mentor teams, and serve as a technical SME in one or more disciplines, ensuring technical solutions align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, or related fields.
• Ability to lead complex technical projects and cross-functional initiatives.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across manufacturing, operations, quality, supply chain and projects.
• Lead or support projects from concept to implementation and sustainment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, reliability, productivity, sustainability, and cost.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement technical solutions.
• Serve as a technical SME in one or more engineering disciplines.
