Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, operations, or analytics.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, and data-analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive the monthly cost reduction reporting cycle across global manufacturing sites with accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting tools, including automation of manual processes.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, target-setting, and savings validation with Finance and site teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain to interpret cost reduction results and communicate insights.
