Job summary

Zoetis seeks an experienced Contract Manager to support Global Manufacturing & Supply with drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements, including NDAs, supply and vendor agreements, and equipment purchase agreements, while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role partners with business stakeholders, manages contract records, monitors obligations, and contributes to templates, playbooks, and governance in a hybrid Parsippany, NJ setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contract management, commercial contracting, procurement support, legal operations, or a related field.
• Experience supporting complex commercial agreements within a corporate environment.
• Juris Doctor (JD) is a strong plus.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing, or other large multinational organizations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including: Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Supply and Vendor Agreements, Equipment Purchase Agreements, Other commercial and procurement-related contracts.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate legal, contractual, and business risks.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including anti-bribery, privacy (GDPR, CCPA), trade compliance, and other relevant requirements.
• Support the development and implementation of contract templates, playbooks, policies, and contract management best practices.
• Provide day-to-day contract support across multiple business functions and projects.
• Maintain contract records and databases, monitor key obligations and renewal timelines, and provide reporting and dashboards to leadership.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that drive operational efficiency and contract governance.
