AB InBev Growth Group is seeking a senior Commercial Performance Analyst to own global reporting, forecasting, and analytics across the Total AB InBev business. You will work with Commercial, Revenue Management, Finance, and regional teams to improve data quality and drive decision-making.

ABI Growth includes the following business lines: BEES (our business-to-business e-commerce and SaaS business, also focused on new technologies), TaDa and Ze Delivery (our direct-to-consumer e-commerce businesses), and several other high-tech divisions, including fintech and venture capital.
This role owns the global Commercial Performance reporting, forecasting, and analytics processes across the Total AB InBev business, delivering insights that support executive decision-making. The position owns the end-to-end performance management process for Volume and Market Share across all ABI markets, with primary responsibility for the Beer and Soft Drinks businesses.
As the global owner of key commercial performance routines, this role is responsible for delivering accurate forecasts, standardized reporting, and actionable insights that help identify risks, opportunities, and the underlying drivers of business performance. The role partners closely with Commercial, Revenue Management, Finance, and Zone/Country teams to continuously improve data quality, enhance analytical methodologies, and build new capabilities that strengthen decision-making.
The role also serves as a key thought partner to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear business insights and executive-ready communications. Regular deliverables include global volume forecasting, market share performance analysis, performance decomposition, and high-priority strategic analyses in support of the Chief Growth Officer and CEO.
