AB InBev Growth Group in New York is seeking a Global Communications Insights Manager to lead global measurement frameworks across media, social, and public opinion. You will partner with Communications, Marketing, and Insights teams to deliver data-driven intelligence and benchmarks.
This role focuses on governance, standardization, and capability-building to scale best practices across markets, driving consistent reporting and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

The Global Communications Insights Manager plays a critical role within our in-house agency, draftLine, connecting media intelligence, social listening, cultural insights, and reputation measurement to deliver actionable business intelligence for Communications and Marketing teams. The position is responsible for establishing global measurement frameworks and reporting standards that enable a consistent understanding of media and social performance, public perception, reputation, and emerging trends for our Consumer and Corporate Brands. By integrating earned media analysis, social conversation, sentiment, and public opinion signals, this role will provide a holistic view of communications effectiveness and audience response. Through governance, standardization, and capability development, the role will help scale best practices across markets, ensuring a consistent and data-driven approach to communications intelligence globally.
Level of Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, data analytics, or related field
Experience (Years within Function): Minimum of 7 years in communications analytics, media intelligence, social listening, digital analytics, reputation measurement, or related roles within marketing or agency environment
Work Location: New York, NY (onsite)
Salary: $165.000 - $185.000 + Bonus
