Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Global Management Reporting Analyst to support Executive Management, Business Unit Leadership, and Enterprise Finance by delivering standardized, automated global financial reports that reveal key insights into internal results.

The role is located at the Global Headquarters in Cleveland, OH, with no remote option, requiring collaboration across Finance and IT to improve data collection and reporting processes and to support month-end close activities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or MIS.
• 1+ years of accounting or finance experience.
• Experience with financial reporting systems (e.g., OneStream).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future for employment visa status.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Responsabilidades

• OneStream reporting: design, develop, implement, and maintain ongoing and ad-hoc reports.
• Build reports and spreadsheets using multiple data sources.
• Provide requirements for report enhancements and new designs.
• Month End Reporting: maintain and distribute reports and develop processes.
• Work with stakeholders to answer data questions and ensure reports meet business needs.
• Analyze and translate data into clear communications for leadership updates.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Finance, BU Finance, and IT to improve data processes.
• Support reporting needs during the Month End Close.
• Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards, and insights to leadership.
• Maintain Management Reporting SharePoint site and coordinate with IT on flows.
• Participate in Enterprise Finance governance projects and acquisitions/divestitures reporting.

The Global Management Reporting Analyst supports Executive Management, Business Unit Leadership and Enterprise Finance to run the organization, make business decisions, and monitor progress. They accomplish this by creating, standardizing, delivering, and automating global financial management reports that provide key insights to our internal business results.

This position is not hybrid/remote and will be located at our Global Headquarters in Cleveland, OH.

Because this role involves access to confidential financial information, the Company has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and to provide similar protections for its clients and potential investments.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

• OneStream Financial Reporting Design, develop, implement, and maintain ongoing and ad-hoc reports at the request of global Business Units and Enterprise Finance


• Build reports and spreadsheets using multiple data sources to meet business requirements


• Provide requirements for report enhancements and new reports design


• Month End Reporting Maintain and distribute existing reports and develop new processes to accurately report on critical data


• Work with internal stakeholders to answer data and reporting questions and ensure reports meet business needs


• Accurately analyze and collect internal data for various types of business reports to identify changes in business and finance activities


• Translate data into clear and concise communications and reports for leadership updates


• Business Support Work with partners in Enterprise Finance, Business Unit Finance, and IT to improve data collection processes, enhance existing reports and data sources, discuss requirements, work on cross-functional projects and share best practices


• Support Business Unit Finance and Enterprise Finance for reporting needs during the Month End Close process


• Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, dashboards, and key insights to leadership team


• Other responsibilities Maintain and enhance Management Reporting SharePoint site as needed


• Work with IT Teams as needed to ensure flows are working as expected for Management Reporting SharePoint site


• Participate in projects to support Enterprise Finance process and governance when required


• Understand global financial processes and update key inputs and outputs as new processes are implemented


• Support existing and future Acquisition and Divestiture activities through meaningful and accurate reporting


• Provide training to existing and new users of OneStream Cube View reporting

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems.


• 1+ years of accounting or finance experience


• Experience with financial reporting systems (Ex. OneStream)


• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future for employment visa status


• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age

Preferred:

• Experience with Oracle General Ledger


• Experience with various other internal reporting applications (OneStream, FactFinder, OBIEE, Tableau, MicroStrategy, OnBase, Mobius)
