Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant management experience in maintenance in chemical manufacturing.
- Strong technical knowledge in maintenance management and reliability.
- Proven leadership skills for developing teams and managing integrations.
Responsibilities
- Provide maintenance strategy and technical expertise for global sites.
- Develop and implement maintenance processes to improve site performance.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to align maintenance with production needs.
