Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Maintenance Leader to coach, support and develop technical competencies of shift personnel in aseptic manufacturing environments. The role emphasizes reliability, MTTR/MTBF improvements, and strong collaboration with production, maintenance planning and quality teams.

You will drive maintenance strategies, standards, and predictive maintenance initiatives, and lead action plans to meet targets while ensuring compliance and safety across multiple production lines and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in technical field or industry equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of seven (7) years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing, or equivalent industry/military experience required
• Experience driving process improvements/design using systematic methodologies. LEAN & Six Sigma strongly preferred
• Experience creating/improving FIT/MWDs required
• Knowledgeable in one or more of the following high-speed, automated systems: Filling, Formulation, Inspection, Assembly & Packaging preferred
• Able to develop & manage action plans to achieve targets preferred

Responsibilities

• Own & improve organization & clarity of parts & functional locations in SAP
• Improve MTTR for all production lines by optimizing maintenance strategies and standards
• Review unplanned maintenance & improve Maintenance Plans
• Move Maintenance Culture towards Condition Based & Predictive Maintenance
• Drive Planned Maintenance efficiency through MN Boards, MRP & Maintenance Review
• Reduce Maintenance Cost by acting as Site Liaison for OEM and coordinating with other sites
