Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking an Industrial Maintenance professional to identify potential issues and support improvements that improve reliability of process equipment in aseptic production environments. You will help minimize downtime and assist in operations across multiple production areas.

The role requires an Associate’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent experience, with knowledge of automation systems and SAP; willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and to follow

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance or a high school diploma with at least 2 years of equipment maintenance experience.
• Knowledgeable in compressed air, electro-mechanical controls, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation and/or robotics preferred.
• Experience with automated records systems such as SAP; basic computer literacy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively improve performance and reliability of process equipment.
• Restore function to equipment in a technically correct manner.
• Support Event Response and perform corrective and preventative maintenance.
• Operate, monitor, and control assigned equipment, systems and processes.
• Record and review production data in BPRs and associated forms.
• Follow safety and environmental requirements in performance of duties.
