Job summary

EmergencyMD is seeking an Maintenance, Instrumentation & Automation Engineer to support global ESP Service Centers with maintenance, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of workshop and testing equipment. The role involves diagnosing across electrical, instrumentation, PLC and mechanical systems, and preparing clear maintenance documentation.

The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, willingness to travel internationally, and a strong commitment to safety and quality

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering with focus on instrumentation, control or automation.
Hands-on troubleshooting of industrial equipment and systems.
Willingness to travel internationally and work across cultures.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to global ESP Service Centers for workshop and testing equipment.
Install, commission, maintain and troubleshoot specialized equipment including benches and test rigs.
Diagnose electrical, instrumentation, PLC, automation and mechanical faults.
Develop and support preventive maintenance and equipment servicing programs.
Improve equipment reliability and recommend engineering improvements to reduce downtime.
Prepare maintenance procedures, troubleshooting guides and technical documentation.
Collaborate with technicians, engineers, suppliers and regional teams to resolve issues.
Travel internationally to support equipment commissioning and projects.
