Qualifications

• 7+ years in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, private equity, or a corporate development role.
• Proven ability to build financial models including merger and leveraged buyout models.
• Experience leading deal processes and managing cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, company operations, and the payments/software landscape.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executives and boards.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and fostering high performance.
