Job summary

Crédit Agricole SA is seeking an M&A and ECM Analyst (VIE) to support origination and execution of cross-border M&A and ECM deals. You will assist in preparing pitch books, financial models, and strategic analyses for regional and international clients.

The role involves collaborating with Sector teams in Paris and coverage teams across the U.S., Europe, and South America. Candidates should have a Master Degree and 0–2 years in investment banking.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Business/Finance or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience required; investment banking/M&A experience preferred.
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist origination and execution of ECM and M&A transactions across sectors.
• Prepare pitch books on valuation, analyses, equity options and capital allocation.
• Support analysts in creating financial models.
• Conduct strategic/industry analysis.
• Draft memoranda, proposals and other documents.
