Job summary

Crédit Agricole CIB Americas invites undergraduates in their penultimate year to join the Global Investment Banking team for a 3-month ECM M&A internship in New York. Interns participate in live M&A and ECM deals, with responsibilities across origination, modeling, and strategic analysis, coordinating with Paris and other regions.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the US.
• No visa sponsorship required now or in the future (including F1, OPT, CPT).
• Penultimate year of undergraduate studies; graduating December 2027 – May 2028.
• Prior experience in Corporate Finance / Investment Banking (M&A preferred).
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in origination and execution of M&A and ECM transactions across all industry sectors.
• Prepare pitch books covering valuation, financial analysis, equity alternatives, strategic transactions, and capital allocation.
• Support analysts and associates in building financial models.
• Conduct strategic analysis and industry research.
• Build company profiles.
• Draft memoranda, proposals, and other written materials.
