Micato Safaris is seeking an accomplished Senior Operations Director to oversee the execution of guest-ready operations across pre-trip and on-travel phases. The role coordinates with destination offices in Africa and India to ensure a seamless guest experience while maintaining Micato’s personal service approach.
The leader will guide teams, optimize processes, and strengthen accountability across offices, balancing high-touch service with scalable operations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success leading multiple operational functions and complex service-delivery workflows.
- Experience serving premium clients requiring discretion and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee guest readiness documentation, communications, and departure readiness.
- Coordinate cross-office operations between the U.S. and destination teams to ensure seamless departures.
- Lead the Operations team with clear priorities, accountability and measurable outcomes.
- Improve workflows, systems and operating disciplines for accurate, efficient service delivery.
- Partner with executive leadership across departments on cross-functional priorities.
