• Strong financial, people leadership, and analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational strategy for domestic and international store portfolio.
• Oversee new openings, staffing plans, training, and onboarding.
• Develop scalable store standards, SOPs, and best practices.
• Drive store performance, payroll, budgets, and profitability.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, Visual Merchandising, and Buying.
