Job summary

AstraZeneca is seeking a Sr Director, Global Commercial, Lung Cancer, to lead strategic marketing and commercialization initiatives within the Global Lung Cancer Franchise. You will drive tumor-level programs, collaborate with Medical Affairs and patient affairs, and coordinate with regional teams to align initiatives with global priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 10+ years in pharma/healthcare with brand marketing, sales, market research/analytics or strategic planning.
• Oncology in-line HCP marketing experience preferred.
• Experience building capabilities to drive leadership in customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic marketing and commercialization initiatives for lung cancer Tumor Leadership Plan (TLP).
• Global lead for tumor initiatives to improve quality of care in lung cancer.
• Engage with Global Lung KEEs and professional societies.
• Drive multidisciplinary team coordination in lung cancer.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs on tumor-level priorities and evidence generation.
• Partner with patient affairs to improve patient care.
• Lead digital initiatives to enhance quality of care in Lung Cancer.
• Coordinate with brand and indication teams to align initiatives.
• Engage Region/Country teams to meet market needs.
• Deliver key brand presentations to leadership and manage agency relationships & budget.
