Job summary

Americase is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead shipping across three Texas facilities and act as the in-house expert on U.S. customs, FTZ, and import/export compliance. This on-site, full-time role reports to the Director of Supply Chain in Waxahachie, TX.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on FTZ experience, strong involvement with CBP, and a track record of building compliant processes that minimize penalties and border delays while supporting growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of logistics or trade compliance experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on FTZ operations and compliance experience.
• Experience with CBP entries, HTS/valuation/origin, and export controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead shipping operations across three Texas facilities, ensuring on-time, accurate shipments.
• Own in-transit visibility and communicate delays before shortages occur.
• Manage international freight (ocean/air) and port-to-door delivery.
• Oversee domestic freight (LTL/FTL/parcel) and dock coordination.
• Develop freight strategy, negotiate with carriers, and manage budgets.
