Job summary

Phase2 Technology is seeking a Logistics, Materials & Trade Compliance Supervisor in Oak Ridge, TN. The role oversees shipping/receiving, materials handling, inventory movement, and production planning support while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.

You will lead daily logistics, coordinate domestic and international shipments, and own import/export documentation accuracy to keep material flow efficient.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3-5 years in logistics, shipping/receiving, materials management, or warehouse ops.
• Experience with international trade compliance and import/export docs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee material movement, storage, and handling to support production and order fulfillment.
• Ensure accurate inventory transactions, labeling, and ERP documentation.
• Support cycle counting, inventory accuracy initiatives, and root-cause analysis for variances.
• Coordinate priorities between purchasing, production, and logistics teams.
• Manage domestic and international shipments and trade documentation.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for logistics and trade compliance.
