Job summary

Jabil, a global manufacturing solutions company, seeks a Logistics Coordinator in Utah to support operations with inbound/outbound shipments and carrier management. You will work with domestic and international freight providers, assist with import/export activities, and ensure accurate documentation and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in logistics, familiarity with customs, and experience with logistics systems such as SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Experience coordinating inbound and outbound freight movements.
• Experience with domestic and international import/export carriers and customs.
• Experience with logistics systems, freight management, or transportation tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support production and customer requirements.
• Maintain communication with domestic and international carriers, freight providers, and customs brokers.
• Support import/export activities, including carrier coordination and issue resolution.
• Assist customs brokers with shipment clearance issues and documentation.
• Review freight invoices and perform monthly freight cost allocations.
• Provide support for delayed or at-risk shipments and resolve transportation issues.
• Evaluate service levels and lead times to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and train new hires.
