Job summary

TSMC Arizona, a leading semiconductor fabrication site in Phoenix, seeks an organized Logistics Specialist to support daily shipping/receiving, tracking shipments, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain on-time delivery, prepare documentation, and contribute to KPI dashboards while growing within global logistics and supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with Logistics Inventory Systems or equivalent enterprise software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Problem-solving and data analysis capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workloads and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily inbound/outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery and update tracking systems.
• Coordinate daily shipping activities across internal engineering, procurement, and logistics teams.
• Prepare, verify, and organize customs and transportation documents for compliance auditing.
• Maintain daily data exchanges with freight forwarders and carriers for weekly performance reviews.
• Resolve transit delays by gathering shipping data and implementing prompt solutions.
• Process and validate basic logistics invoices and payment transactions in financial systems.
• Gather logistics performance data and update KPI dashboards.
