Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field such as Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or Statistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with Logistics Inventory Systems or equivalent enterprise software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Problem-solving and data analysis skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Track shipments and manage daily inbound/outbound operations.
• Coordinate with internal engineering, procurement, and logistics teams.
• Prepare and verify customs and transportation documents for compliance.
• Process and validate basic logistics invoices and payments.
• Update KPI dashboards and maintain shipping records.
