Job summary

Matrix Adhesives Group in Durham, NC is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage warehouse, shipping/receiving, and inventory control at our Durham facility. You will verify, move, and store raw materials and finished goods, prepare outbound documents for domestic and international shipments, and support inventory accuracy.

The role requires 3–5 years in shipping/receiving, experience with LTL and international shipments, strong communication and teamwork, and forklifts certification.

Qualifications

• Experience with LTL and international shipping/receiving.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience in manufacturing/shipping environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all docs for outbound shipments for domestic and international shipments (including packing lists, invoices, COOs, COAs, SDSs).
• Process small package shipments for FedEx & UPS.
• Support cycle count program and inventory adjustments.
• Schedule freight & small package pickups for returned materials.
• Assist supervisor with day-to-day shop floor scheduling.
• Verify and record incoming finished goods and raw materials; ensure inventory accuracy.
