Nordex SE in Chicago seeks a Logistics Project Manager to lead end-to-end logistics projects from initiation to completion. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and optimize routes and costs while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance during port operations.

You will oversee order fulfillment cycles, negotiate contracts, and track KPIs to drive continuous improvements in our global supply chain. Strong English skills and travel readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years in transportation planning or project cargo.
• Able to read scopes of work and MSAs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end process for assigned logistics projects.
• Manage project budgets and supplier contracts.
• Prepare customs documents with carriers and brokers.
• Lead meetings and report to senior management.
• Oversee safety and regulatory compliance in port operations.
• Plan, execute, and monitor logistics aligned with goals.
• Develop contingency plans for supply disruptions.
