Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain, logistics, or business studies.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; familiarity with logistics/production planning concepts (e.g., just-in-time, MRP).
• Self-motivated, able to work independently with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import/export logistics via ocean, air, and truck with multiple carriers.
• Monitor shipments from booking to delivery and provide problem resolution.
• Investigate problems, identify root causes, and develop solutions.
• Evaluate and improve global logistics processes and performance standards.
• Gather data, analyze performance, and publish routine reports on logistics performance.
