Job summary

DHL in Los Angeles is seeking an Operations Agent to ensure the efficient processing of outbound and inbound shipments in a fast-paced warehouse. You will work under safety, security, and company policies, and operate a scanner to log shipping data while maintaining strong teamwork.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 70 lbs with assistance, pass TSA background and drug screening, and hold a valid driver’s license. This on-site position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs with assistance.
• Must pass TSA background and drug screening.
• Must pass medical physical.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean DMV record.
• Access to secured airport areas and SIDA badge eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Sort, pack, load, and unload shipments under deadlines.
• Palletize freight and prepare material for shipment.
• Operate scanner to log shipping information.
• Report security concerns to supervisor immediately.
• Maintain safety procedures and punctual attendance.
• Assist supervisor with training and quality checks.
