Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. seeks a Manager, International Logistics to support import operations across FBIN companies and partner with Purchasing to align product delivery to North American distribution centers, while managing carrier relationships for cost and service improvements.

The role leads the annual RFP process for drayage and transload services and collaborates with forwarders and drayage technology providers to enhance shipment visibility and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in logistics or transportation operations.
• Minimum of 2+ years experience in a people leadership role.
• Strong understanding of drayage and transload services.
• Experience managing drayage carriers preferred.
• Proven track record with RFP bid processes.
• Ability to multitask across multiple transportation modes.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with MercuryGate and InforNexus preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with carriers, forwarders, and distribution centers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet delivery timelines and service expectations across FBIN.
• Oversee integration of external systems with SAP and the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance updates across organizational levels.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve service levels and reduce transportation costs.
• Align carrier capacity strategies with internal and external customer requirements.
• Offer innovative solutions for complex transportation challenges.
• Serve as the primary contact for FBIN's drayage operations.
