Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. is seeking a Manager, International Logistics to lead import operations across FBIN companies and to align product delivery with distribution centers in North America.

You will manage carrier relationships, drive performance on cost and service, and lead the annual RFP process for drayage and transload services while coordinating with forwarders and tech providers to enhance shipment visibility.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in logistics or transportation operations.
2+ years in a people leadership role.
Strong understanding of drayage and transload services.
Experience managing drayage carriers.
Proven track record with RFP bid processes.
Ability to multitask across multiple transportation modes.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with MercuryGate and InforNexus preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with carriers, forwarders, and distribution centers.
Collaborate cross-functionally to meet delivery timelines and service expectations across FBIN.
Oversee integration of external systems with SAP and the Transportation Management System (TMS).
Deliver weekly and monthly performance updates across organizational levels.
Identify opportunities to improve service levels and reduce transportation costs.
Align carrier capacity strategies with internal and external customer requirements.
Offer innovative solutions for complex transportation challenges.
Serve as the primary point of contact for FBIN’s drayage operations.
