The role requires 12+ years in logistics, 7+ years in leadership, and a background in consumer goods logistics. Strong expertise in ERP and TMS, international trade, and budgeting is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• 7+ years in a leadership role.
• Background in consumer goods logistics preferred.
• Strong knowledge of global logistics operations, international trade regulations, and customs procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, manage budgets, and achieve operational goals.
• Proficiency in logistics software and tools, such as ERP and TMS systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global logistics strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the global logistics team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production to ensure seamless operations.
• Oversee end-to-end global logistics process including transportation, 3rd party warehousing & distribution, and transloading.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and industry standards.
• Monitor logistics performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Negotiate with global and regional logistics suppliers to meet cost and service goals.
• Manage Revelyst contracts for Parcel, Ocean, LTL, and other modes.
• Establish relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers.
• Evaluate and select logistics partners based on performance and fit.
• Develop and manage the logistics budget and control costs.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Prepare and present reports on logistics costs and trends to senior management.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and speed.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in logistics management.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
