Job summary

AMD in San Jose is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead and optimize inbound/outbound transportation, warehousing, inventory movements and third-party logistics across domestic and international operations. You will shape logistics strategies to improve service, cost, quality, compliance, and scalability while moving products through the supply chain.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Customer Operations, Finance, and external logistics partners to solve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in supply chain related field.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP/CLTD certification preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day transportation, warehousing, distribution, inventory movement and returns.
• Develop logistics strategies to improve efficiency, resilience and scalability.
• Oversee inbound and outbound parcel, air, ocean and ground transport.
• Coach and develop warehouse and logistics personnel.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards and report on transportation costs and service levels.
