Responsibilities

• Process shipments and communicate with origin and internal teams to provide timely updates and resolve issues.
• Maintain a smooth and efficient freight process flow and ensure timely movement of shipments.
• Provide timely updates on shipment status, delays, or exceptions.
• Respond promptly to internal and external communications in a professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in customer and internal calls to gather key information.
• Create and maintain OneNote documentation for assigned responsibilities for training and knowledge sharing.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for new accounts and reflect changes in processes.
