Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or higher).
• Minimum of 2 years of team lead or supervisory experience in a logistics or warehouse environment (preferred).
• Aviation industry experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Effective time management and interpersonal skills.
