Job summary

Hargrove is seeking a Logistics Specialist to safely and efficiently execute site logistics, including domestic and international shipping and receiving. You will coordinate with carriers and warehouse resources, manage orders and deliveries, and ensure customer and regulatory requirements are met while completing SAP transactions and shipping documents.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Logistics or related field or 3+ years in manufacturing or supply chain, experience with SAP, and a

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field, or HS diploma with 3 years experience.
3+ years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments.
Experience supporting logistics, warehouse, or Supply Chain duties in an industrial environment.
Experience with SAP systems and adherence to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics for packaged and bulk materials, including shipping, receiving, verification, storage, and scheduling.
Oversee warehouse/yard operations, space management, staging, trailer availability and inventory.
Maintain inventory accuracy via cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, implement corrective actions, and ensure SAP inventory transactions.
Investigate customer complaints and determine appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
