Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors in the United States is seeking a Logistics Specialist to oversee safe, compliant, and cost‑effective site logistics, including domestic and international shipping and receiving.

You will coordinate with carriers and warehouse resources, manage orders and deliveries, maintain SAP transactions and shipping documents, and ensure regulatory requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field, or 3+ years in manufacturing/logistics with HS diploma.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments.
• Experience supporting logistics, warehouse, or Supply Chain duties in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, shipping/receiving, verification, storage, and scheduling.
• Oversee warehouse and yard operations, space management, trailer availability, and trailer inventory management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via cycle counts and SAP transactions; investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Investigate customer complaints and determine appropriate corrective actions.
