Description
Essential Functions
Account Management & Commercial Ownership
  • Owns the day-to-day management and development of a designated portfolio of emerging wholesale accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for seasonal selling, order execution, and ongoing business needs.
  • Takes ownership of business within larger strategic partners, partnering with Strategic Partner Managers to execute broader account strategies and commercial objectives.
  • Builds productive retail partner relationships and develops an understanding of each account’s business needs, consumers, product opportunities, and growth priorities.
  • Develops and executes seasonal plans and sell-in strategies for emerging accounts while contributing to or leading assigned portions of planning and sell-in for strategic partners.
  • Leads sell-in, sell-through, and monitors inventory, and overall business performance to identify opportunities, risks, and recommended actions.
  • Identifies growth opportunities through expanded assortments, increased product adoption, improved distribution, and stronger brand presence.
  • Maintains accurate forecasts, order information, customer records, and business updates for assigned accounts and areas of responsibility.
  • Partners with Strategic Partner Managers and Sales leadership to align assigned business with broader U.S. Wholesale and brand objectives.
Strategic Account & Sales Team Support
  • Supports the strategic wholesale business by maintaining operational tools, weekly reports, order books, meeting materials, and account information.
  • Supports seasonal planning and execution through reporting, analysis, presentation development, and consistent follow-up.
  • Tracks key deliverables, business performance, and account needs to support seasonal and channel-specific sales goals.
  • Coordinates with internal partners to complete strategic account initiatives and customer deliverables accurately and on time.
Sales Analysis, Forecasting & Reporting
  • Compiles, analyzes, and interprets sell-in, sell-through, inventory, and sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Provides regular business updates and performance-based recommendations to guide assortment, inventory, and selling decisions for emerging accounts and assigned areas of strategic partner business.
  • Applies retail math—including sales, inventory, margin, turn, and sell-through metrics—to evaluate business performance and identify opportunities.
  • Supports broader forecasting and seasonal planning processes in partnership with Strategic Partner Managers and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Communications, or related field required.
  • Minimum two (2) to three (3) years in a business, sales, marketing, or retail operations environment. Exposure to working with cross-functional teams or supporting internal business functions is preferred.

Any equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
  • Advanced organizational and time management skills — able to handle multiple projects or priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis or reporting tools.
  • Capable working with sales reports, order trackers, or merchandising tools.
  • Competent and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to track samples, product data, or inventory accurately.
  • A curious and proactive mindset — eager to learn and grow within a dynamic sales support environment.

Travel - Yes, up to 20% of the time.

Base Salary: $77,100 - $81,400 yearly

The salary range posted for this position represents the anticipated hiring range for this role. Offers are made within this range based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, and market considerations. This is the hiring range for the position; compensation above the posted maximum is not typically available at the time of hire.

Work Location: Hybrid

This role is based in the Portland, OR area and follows a hybrid work model. Employees are expected to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of our Portland office and generally work on-site four days per week, with flexibility based on business and team needs.
