Uniphar is seeking a Logistics Specialist to coordinate global pharmaceutical distribution from our Garner, NC facility. You will ensure timely, compliant shipments, manage cold-chain logistics, and collaborate with 3PLs, QA, and procurement to meet regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the efficient, accurate, and compliant movement of pharmaceutical products throughout the global distribution network. This role ensures timely order fulfilment, inventory accuracy, and transportation coordination while maintaining compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP), company policies, and regional specific regulatory requirements. The Logistics Specialist collaborates with warehouse operations, transportation providers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to optimize supply chain performance, resolve shipment issues, and support satisfactory global client expectations. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical problem‑solving, and a commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction in a highly regulated environment.
Due to the expected key outcomes associated with this role by its nature it will be a role based out of our facility in Garner, Raleigh, NC. It is important to note that although we expect this role to be a ‘9 to 5’ type position, there will be situations where flexibility is appreciated to get the job done.
