Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, logistics, or supply chain roles.
• 3+ years leading global sourcing initiatives and category strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and governance of global logistics category strategies across NAM, EMEA, APAC.
• Own sourcing and contract management for parcel, 3PL, freight, warehousing, and related services.
• Develop roadmaps and supplier negotiations to deliver cost reductions and service improvements.
• Track savings, manage RFx events, and drive value realization through analytics.
