Job summary

JENNMAR in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a Global Enterprise Procurement Category Director to lead global sourcing for a major spend category. You will own category strategy, supplier relationships, and cost outcomes across regions, aligning with Operations, Engineering, Finance and Legal.

You will build a multi-year roadmap, manage spend between $100M and $350M, and drive EBITDA improvements through VAVE, supplier consolidation, and contract optimization. US-based travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
• Demonstrated success in strategic sourcing and category management.
• Strong negotiation, financial, and supplier-development skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global category strategy aligned with business plans and cost objectives.
• Own category procurement process, negotiations, contracts, and savings validation.
• Lead supplier relationships and executive reviews with cross-functional teams.
