Molex is seeking a Category Manager for Global Procurement, Warehousing & Logistics Services to lead sourcing and strategy for its worldwide warehousing and logistics partners. You will collaborate with network modeling, supply chain finance, operations, and regional experts to evaluate footprints, negotiate with suppliers, and drive strategic projects shaping global storage and distribution.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics procurement including warehousing, transportation, 3rd party logistics, and/or brokerage services.
• Advanced negotiation and contracting skills using fact-based, value-driven approaches.
• Strong analytical and financial capabilities.
• Global perspective with understanding of international markets.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

• Lead global category strategy for logistics, balancing cost, service, risk, and resiliency.
