Job summary

Molex is seeking a Global Logistics & Distribution Operations Manager to lead end-to-end logistics across global manufacturing sites and distribution centers. The role focuses on reliable material flow, on-time delivery, and cost discipline while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The position is hybrid with on-site work several days per week at Hudson, WI, and other U.S. locations, requiring collaboration with manufacturing, planning, procurement, and quality teams to enable scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in global logistics or supply chain management.
• Experience managing multisite logistics and distribution center operations.
• Background in manufacturing-driven logistics, preferably electronics or precision manufacturing.
• Experience managing customer shipments and international freight.

Responsibilities

• Lead global logistics execution across manufacturing sites and distribution centers.
• Define and execute logistics strategies supporting build-to-order and customization environments.
• Provide operational leadership for global and regional distribution centers; drive accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery for domestic and international customers.
• Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and transportation providers.
• Partner with manufacturing, planning, and engineering teams to align logistics with production schedules.
