Qualifications

• 3–5 years of industry experience in international logistics.
• College degree in a related field is required.
• Current valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of customs processes and import/export regulations.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• A high level of confidentiality and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage import/export brokerage and freight forwarding needs across the shipment lifecycle.
• Analyze shipping options and recommend routes based on price and transit time.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve issues with internal and external partners.
• Serve as the main contact for assigned customers.
• Prepare documents for U.S. Customs and other government agencies.
• Quote rates with internal teams and determine best routing and carrier options.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing.
• Maintain company policies related to credit, pricing, and service delivery.
• May visit customer locations with senior leadership.
• Stay informed on import/export regulations worldwide.
