Job summary

Heartland Community Church is seeking a seasoned leader to cast vision and own Global Missions, Local Missions, and Women’s Ministries. The role will guide Heartland’s mission to share Jesus’ love with the community and world, while developing volunteers and coordinating events.

The position requires strong relational leadership, cross-ministry collaboration, and the ability to travel, with a hybrid work arrangement available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years leading in Global/Local Ministry outside Heartland.
• 10 years international service and development project experience.
• Experience recruiting and empowering volunteer teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Missions - cast vision and remove barriers for participants.
• Recruit, plan and support short-term mission trips; share transformation stories.
• Coordinate Global Missions events and maintain partner relationships.
