This is a full‑time, permanent role based in our New York office.
As a key member of our New York office, you will engage in a high‑volume, diverse portfolio of transactions, including acquisition finance, infrastructure finance, fund finance, general leveraged finance and restructuring/special situations. Our practice is uniquely positioned to offer associates a broad transactional desk, covering everything from most types of leveraged loans, strategic debt purchases and sales, to other high‑grade and bespoke secured financings, including debt finance across the energy, utilities and commodities sector.
Salary Banding: $225,000 - $420,000 per annum
