EY seeks an experienced litigator to join the Global General Counsel’s Office in the United States. The attorney will defend EY in civil, regulatory and securities matters, coordinate with cross-border teams, and respond to subpoenas and regulator inquiries.

They will collaborate with partners and stakeholders to manage defense strategies, supervise outside counsel, and contribute to EY’s risk management and policy positions across service lines.

Qualifications

• Extensive litigation experience including trials and related work.
• Experience handling civil, regulatory and criminal matters is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple high-stakes matters with autonomy.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels.

Responsabilités

• Handle all aspects of litigation, enforcement matters and investigations.
• Advise on cross-border issues and high-impact matters for EY.
• Coordinate responses to subpoenas and regulatory inquiries.
• Advise on professional responsibility and risk management.
• Develop and implement defense strategies with stakeholders.
• Manage outside counsel and budgets.
• Prepare key litigation documents and witness preparation.
• Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations.
